FAQs
[/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_toggle title=”What areas do you cover?” el_id=”1486511922260-3e9f8ca5-1628″]Most of the weddings I photograph are in Hampshire and Dorset. I do occasionally cover weddings further afield, especially if it’s for relatives of previous clients.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are you insured?” el_id=”1486511955613-edc59362-a646″]For sure! Professional Indemnity and Public Liability both cost me a fortune, but I wouldn’t dare cover a wedding without either. I also have all bells and whistles vehicle breakdown cover just in case.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What back up equipment do you have?” el_id=”1486511954551-6f9df0d4-cd61″]I cover every wedding carrying two cameras. I also carry two back-up cameras and a variety of lenses in the spare bag.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is a Digital Download?” el_id=”1486511953845-4a3a788a-edec”]This is how I distribute images to clients. Via a secure web server, you and your guests can download high resolution digital images from your own gallery in the cloud. From there, you can make your own prints, personalised t-shirts and custom mouse-mats and snow domes.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What about group photos?” el_id=”1486511953141-7487af51-1ae6″]To me, there’s something special about group pictures. Looking back at my own family’s formal photos, they become part of a photographic heirloom to pass on to future generations.

However, I do suggest keeping family formals to around 20-minutes and do my best to make sure nobody is waiting around too long.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How many photographs will I receive?” el_id=”1486511950229-5fcf8b23-8a1f”]Every wedding is different and I would never guarantee a minimum number of photographs. However, as a rule of thumb, I would suggest a full day’s wedding coverage would produce around 200-quality images.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What happens if you’re ill on our wedding day?” el_id=”1486511952445-1e0723ff-6ca9″]It would take something drastic for me not to photograph your wedding, but should the worse happen, I’m a member of a network of wedding photographers that are on stand-by to cover for other members should the need arise.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can we meet with you before booking?” el_id=”1486511951709-b4143b35-16dc”]Sure. However, with a toddler about I no longer meet with clients in my home studio. The battle of Peppa Pig books versus Wedding photo books would be too much. There are a couple of nearby pubs in the local village of Warsash (SO31) where I usually meet clients.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”We can’t travel to meet you” el_id=”1486511951014-5407ddb1-c0d7″]Not a problem, not everyone can or has the opportunity to. Prior to your wedding day I send you a Key Info questionnaire which contains all of the information I need from you for wedding photography to run smoothly. This can completed by email, phone or video call.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What’s the booking procedure?” el_id=”1486511947868-a70ab770-2b07″]Step 1: Get in touch to check availability
Step 2: Complete a short booking form and secure the day with a £200 non-refundable deposit
Step 3: I’ll send you a Key Info questionnaire for you to confirm dates/locations/timings
Step 4: The balance is due around a month prior to your wedding date[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”We want to hire you!” el_id=”1486514837518-0cabd482-1935″]That’s music to my ears! Just get in touch and I’ll check availability and forward details of what happens next.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][/vc_row]
